Suite 210’s Chili Cook-off
It’s that time of year where the good food and good friends warm our hearts and souls. At Clear Blue there is nothing we love more than those two things! Suite 210 held a riveting Chili Cook-off a few weeks back, inviting our friends at Planet Central to join us for this hearty lunch. We had a great turn out, with 7 crockpots lined up ready to be savored and scrutinized.
Our neighbors and friends from IMPLAN Group across the hall volunteered to be our judges. Which I must say, after tasting the competition, they had their work cut out for them. Going from one crockpot to the next threw you for a loop; each one was so different from the previous! Family recipes, new recipes, experimental recipes…my mouth is watering people.
There was indeed a clear winner voted by the judges. Jason from Planet Central stole the show with his ‘organic man chili’ containing ingredients such as a British dark ale beer and liquid smoke.
We can’t thank our participants and attendees enough, and forcing the office to share food is becoming our new favorite event to put on the calendar. Below is the winning recipe if you’d like to include it in your holiday feasts. Stay in touch to keep up with our latest news from the office!
